GROUPS

Beginners (age 7-10) Maximum of 4 per group.
Beginners (age 11-14) Maximum of 4 per group.
Beginners (age 15+) Maximum of 3 per group.
Advanced (age 7-10) Maximum of 3 per group.
Advanced (age 11-14) Maximum of 3 per group.
Advanced (age 15+) Maximum of 2 per group.

PROGRAMS & PRICES
The training methods used in teaching all technical elements include:
- Precise and clear demonstrations of the latest professional techniques.

Constant supervision and concise explanation of hitting techniques coordinated with proper movement techniques.
Numerous repetitions of certain moves to create motoric habits.
Training programs are split into 6 day micro cycles covering various aspects of the game including: technical and tactical elements, drills, situational exercises, fitness, development of individuality, style of play, court awareness, and match/competition experience.
